This beautiful community is located between Rehoboth Bay and the Rehoboth Beach Country Club. The entrance is dominated by a well landscaped, lighted circle. The neighborhood is comprised of two streets, White Oak Road and West Side Drive. There are 134 homeowners, with both year round residents as well as some who reside in the community primarily in the Summer months. There is a strong commitment in this upscale neighborhood to preserving all properties in a manner that keeps their value as well as demonstrating an appreciation for the intangible benefits of being on the bay with its panoramic views. Several natural species (including but not limited to bald eagles, ospreys and blue herons) reside along the waterways and are unique to this habitat.

This community is maintained by the Rehoboth Beach Yacht and Country Club Homes Association (White Oak Section), a non-profit, non-stock, member controlled, corporate, homeowners association. The property owners within the community annually elect their Board of Directors which directly, and indirectly through committees, work for the betterment of the community. The Association is governed by a Certificate of Incorporation and By-laws. The uses and appearance of property within the community are regulated by a set of Covenants which are amended from time to time.

The Association owns three sections of land that were deeded to the Association by the Great South Beach Improvement Corporation. The Association charges annual dues in order to meet every day operating costs, as well as to add to the Association’s reserve fund to plan for future needs.

Please note:  This website is for homeowners who live on either White Oak Rd or West Side Drive.  RBYCC has several different "sections/neighborhoods" and each one has their own HOA.
